30-day hassle-free return
Oakfamilybaby understands that you may have a change of mind or circumstances occur that you may wish to return your purchases. Don’t worry, we got you covered! We have a policy to assist you, when the following criteria are met:
- Within 30 days of your purchase, Oakfamilybaby accept product return for undamaged, no visible sign of usage, unsoiled, unopened packages with no question asked.
- For used, damaged, soiled, opened packages, please contact service@oakfamilybaby.com for further assistance.
- Email service@oakfamilybaby.com with the following details: Your Name, Order Number, Product Name, reason for return. We will send you the return instruction or lable.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
Missing item or damaged in transit
Please ensure to open your parcel and check all items are included and are undamaged. Claims for missing or damaged items are to be submitted (14) days of receipt of order.
Refund
When you send the product back to our warehouse, be sure to check the shipping status and arrival completion, and then proactively contact service@oakfamilybaby.com for the next refund process.
- You will receive your refund within 3-7 working days after we have received your item.
- Please note: Promotions, Discounts and Expedited Shipping fee will not be reimbursed.
Product defect
Oakfamilybaby’s products are of the highest quality and are manufactured with great care and specifications. If however, you believe you have a product that is faulty, please email us as soon as possible with your purchase details. We will send you a replacement or a refund depending on your choice.
Once shipped, your order will have a tracking number. Please contact service@oakfamilybaby.com if you do not receive this. The customer (you) assumes all risk from the time that the Oakfamilybaby products you have ordered are given to the deliverer or freight agent for shipping, posting or forwarding. You need to take responsibility for providing the correct address for your order and proper access for the delivery of your order; for following the tracking and contacting the deliverer or freight agent if your order has not been delivered so that you receive or collect your order.
